Klarix is competitive intelligence as a service. We do the research, write the dossiers, build the battle cards, capture the marketing playbooks your competitors run, and hand your team ready-to-send outreach. First package lands in 3 to 7 days. Refreshes monthly.

No chat-bot. A curated knowledge bank. What it is, what it costs, where it loses.
What Klarix Is
What this product is and is not.
No. Klarix is intel infrastructure. AI is part of how the work gets done, but a human reviews every deliverable before it goes out. We don't auto-publish, auto-send, or auto-decide. If you want an unsupervised bot, this isn't that product.
B2B sales and marketing leaders whose deals depend on understanding a defined market deeply. SaaS, recruiting, FinTech, professional services, and agencies are our usual fits. We're not a fit if you just need an ad-hoc lead list, you sell to consumers, or you want a contact database with no analysis layer.
Three things general LLMs don't give you. First, every claim is multi-sourced and timestamped, with citations. Second, the dossier follows the same structure every month so trends show up. Third, a human reviews and signs off before delivery. Klarix uses those same models under the hood, plus public ad libraries, official filings, and your CRM data, and adds the rigor on top.
What You Get
Exactly what shows up in your inbox.
Per company you get a full dossier (firmographics, leadership, positioning, recent moves), a SWOT, a competitor battle card, an executive one-pager, events and trade-show intel, a scored contact database, and ready-to-send outreach in your industry voice. You also get a market overview and the new marketing-and-sales-materials section.
It's a capture of the public ads each competitor (and optionally your own company) is running across the LinkedIn Ad Library, the Meta Ad Library, and the Google Ads Transparency Center. We surface hooks, calls-to-action, audience tells, and channel mix. You see exactly what your market is paying to say.
We use the public LinkedIn Ad Library, the Meta Ad Library, and the Google Ads Transparency Center. All three are official, free, public surfaces designed for this kind of research. No private-data scraping. No platform terms-of-service violations.
Yes. We run the same capture on your company alongside your top three competitors and produce a side-by-side gap analysis. You see channels you under-use, themes competitors own, and density differences. Most clients on the Growth and Scale tiers add this.
Twenty-five on Starter, fifty on Growth, one hundred on Scale. The mix is roughly 70% prospects, 25% competitors, 5% partners. We score thousands underneath and only deliver the 7-out-of-10 fits and above.
Yes. The productized Account Brief is fixed scope, fixed price, delivered in 72 hours. It's useful for a single high-stakes deal or a partner-sourced introduction where one dossier is enough. Current rate is on the pricing page.
How We Work
How the research holds up to scrutiny.
Three guardrails. Every material claim is sourced at least three times across independent sources. Every section is timestamped. A human reviews the dossier before it ships. When sources disagree, we flag it instead of picking one and looking confident.
Public web, official corporate filings, news, podcast and video transcripts, the public ad libraries (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), public LinkedIn surfaces, Reddit and forums, your own first-party data and CRM exports if you share them, and industry-specific databases. No purchased PII. No data-broker resellers.
Every dossier includes a surface-map block. It tells you where buyers form opinions about this account: LinkedIn feed posts, podcast mentions, press, Reddit threads, AI Overviews, YouTube, partner directories. SEO and homepage content are necessary, but they aren't enough in a zero-click era.
Yes. Every dossier passes a review stage where a human signs off on the source mix, factual claims, and tone before it leaves the system. We document this on the trust page.
Monthly by default. New companies get added, existing companies refresh against the prior version, and we flag drift. The compounding archive is a feature. By month six you're looking at trajectories, not snapshots.
Pricing & Plans
Tiers, trials, and total cost.
Three tiers. Starter is $2,997 a month for 25 companies. Growth is $4,997 for 50. Scale is $8,997 for 100. That's $90 to $120 per fully-researched company. A consulting firm typically charges $500 to $2,000 per company for less depth.
Yes. Pick one to three companies in your market and we deliver full dossiers (SWOT, battle card, outreach, contacts) inside 72 hours. No credit card. Use it to validate fit before committing to a tier.
Month-to-month, no contracts. We earn the renewal each month. Most clients stay six months or more once the monthly refresh starts compounding.
Custom enterprise scope is available beyond Scale. We typically bundle multi-vertical or multi-region engagements with quarterly reviews. Book a call and we'll scope it.
Klarix vs Alternatives
Where Klarix beats alternatives, and where it loses.
Those are contact databases. You still pay an analyst (or yourself) to do the research, the scoring, and the outreach. Klarix is the analyst. We deliver the dossiers, battle cards, SWOT, ad-library captures, and outreach drafts using contact data we either source or accept from you.
Klue and Crayon are battle-card software for product marketing teams. You still write the cards. Klarix delivers the cards (and the dossiers, SWOT, and outreach) as a finished service on a recurring monthly cycle, without a software license.
Same depth, different economics. A consulting firm charges $500 to $2,000 per company because the work is bespoke and unrepeatable. Klarix is productized. Same rigor, monthly cadence, $90 to $120 per company.
A senior analyst costs $90,000 to $140,000 a year fully loaded. The Klarix Growth tier is around $60,000 a year and covers 600 companies in that window. If you have very specialized in-house needs, an analyst still wins. For breadth and consistency, Klarix wins.
Agencies & Partners
For partners reselling, white-labeling, or referring.
Yes, three ways. As a research partner behind your existing client work. As a white-label add-on so you can offer competitive intel without hiring researchers. As a referral channel with revenue share. Reach out and we'll figure out which fits.
Yes, under the agency partner program. Deliverables ship in your brand. The reference appendix stays internal. Pricing is per-deliverable with volume discounts. SLA terms get documented when we onboard you.
No, and we don't pitch it that way. Klarix is best as the breadth layer. Continuous coverage across many accounts so your in-house team focuses on judgment-heavy work like strategy calls, deal narratives, and tightening positioning. Agencies that try to remove their researchers entirely end up unhappy.
Active conversations with HighLevel, Clay, Instantly, and Apollo on export parity. We also publish n8n, Make, and Zapier blueprints under the automation playbook. If you run a marketplace and want CI as a node, get in touch.
Trust & Responsible AI
How AI-assisted work survives enterprise review.
Klarix output is reviewable, sourced, and timestamped. Those are the three things enterprise legal and security teams actually ask for. We document data handling, retention, and human review on the trust page. We pre-empt the audit instead of absorbing it.
It's segregated to your engagement, used only to inform your dossiers, never used to train shared models, and deleted on request. Full retention and access policy is on the trust page.
No. We don't feed client data into shared training pipelines. Each engagement is isolated. First-party data you share with us is used for that engagement only.
Tell us. Every dossier ships with sources visible. We can correct, re-source, and refresh in days, not weeks. The discipline is human review before delivery. The safety net is responsive correction after.
Getting Started
Kickoff, delivery, and the fastest fit-check.

Branded PDFs for narrative content. CSVs for contact and company tables. An optional Google Drive folder for collaboration. Exports to Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot are available on request.
Book a 30-minute call at calendly.com/klarix, email contact@klarix.ai, or use the free trial form on the home page. We'll scope, agree on which one to three companies to start with, and deliver the first dossier inside 72 hours.
Run the free trial on your single hardest competitor or your most-wanted account. If the dossier reads as something your team would actually use on Monday, the fit is there. If it's generic or only confirms what you already knew, tell us and walk away.
